Grown in the highlands of Guji Zone, Ethiopia.

Known for rich flavor complexity, floral notes, and bright acidity.

Thrives at altitudes between 2000m – 2450m, resulting in exceptional cup profiles.

2. Our Coffee Origins

➤ Shaakkisoo Gidhe Dry Station

Altitude: 2000-2200m

Processing: Natural

Flavor Profile: Fruity, floral, bright acidity, smooth body

➤ Uragaa Gum'arro Kolla Dry Station

Altitude: 2100-2450m

Processing: Natural

Flavor Profile: Complex, vibrant acidity, tropical fruit notes, balanced sweetness

Origin: Ethiopian heirloom (Developed by Jimma Agricultural Research Center)

Cup Profile: Bright acidity, floral and fruity notes, medium body

Resistance: High resistance to coffee diseases

Altitude Suitability: Grows well at high elevations

Origin: Ethiopian heirloom (Developed by Jimma Agricultural Research Center)

Cup Profile: Sweet, balanced acidity, citrus and chocolate notes

Resistance: Good resistance to leaf rust and other diseases

Altitude Suitability: Adapted to high-altitude regions
